A smooth jazz show is two hours of great music in a place full of grown folks who like to have fun. Wineries, theaters, and summer amphitheaters are the classic settings: share a bottle, maybe bring a blanket... and definitely stay for the encore.
What to expect
Some people expect elevator music and are surprised to hear a band that grooves. Sax players walk the aisles. Guitarists trade solos. By the second song the crowd is on its feet. I've made a fool of myself on more than one dance floor... and regretted none of it.
